Our Story
Purpose Driven. Growth Focused. Community Minded.
In a world saturated with profit-centric marketing, BizHack is building a community driven by a different set of standards. From the very beginning, BizHack has always championed businesses that make the world a better place – and it all started with Dan Grech.
Dan Grech is the founder and CEO of BizHack, a Pulitzer Prize-winning former NPR and PBS journalist turned entrepreneur and educator. Dan experienced major success as a journalist. He was a correspondent for NPR’s Marketplace, PBS’s Nightly Business Report, and The Miami Herald; as well as an instructor at Princeton, Columbia and University of Miami. He continued on to take the business world by storm as the head of marketing at two software startups and the nation’s largest Hispanic-owned energy company.
During his time as an executive, Dan discovered a significant gap in the market where purpose-driven marketing should exist. Companies were increasingly losing sight of their purpose and values in exchange for higher profits. He believed there was a way to do things differently. Since its start in 2017, BizHack has provided digital growth training to thousands of businesses across Miami-Dade County and around the globe, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
BizHack is a collective of marketing leaders who specialize in helping business leaders find, tell, and sell their unique stories to a highly targeted audience.
BizHack runs on three core values:
- Purpose-Driven Marketing
- Value-Driven Growth
- Community-Driven Connection
