Michael Pace is a Digital Marketing Consultant with 20+ years of brand management experience in B2C and B2B sectors, working across consumer-packaged goods, drinks, and luxury products with both large multinationals and small family businesses distributing branded products in markets in the US, Europe, and Latin America.

After undertaking marketing roles in Unilever, Diageo, and the World Gold Council, in 2017 he started up a Miami-based digital marketing practice, Connected Jewelry LLC. Recent clients have included the Diamond Producers Association (Now known as the Natural Diamond Association), the Lab Grown Diamond Council, the International Advertising Association, and the Rapaport Group.

His most recent work has focused on the development of new online platforms to
commercialize jewelry categories, including responsibly sourced diamonds, recycled jewelry, and estate jewelry, and the promotion of these platforms to consumers through social media, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google ads. He is also Vice Chair and Marketing lead for the Jewelry Industry Summit, a non-profit organization promoting more sustainable practices in jewelry.

Mike is also a Fractional CMO for BizHack as well as a BizHack Certified Lead Instructor and over the last year has developed BizHack’s Go-To-Market strategy for a range of Consultancy services, including developing and executing the annual marketing plan across all communication channels.

Mike has a degree in Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute, and speaks fluent Spanish. He is also certified as a UX/UI designer by IronHack Miami and as a Scrum Master and Product Owner by Scrum Inc.
