Carolyn is Dean of the Speakers Academy of the National Speakers Association Central Florida chapter where she works with entrepreneurs who are starting a speaking, coaching, training, or consulting business. Her experience includes industries of government, education, corporate and non-profits. Working globally is a passion and includes St. Croix, Mexico, China, and France and all around the US. Her purpose is to liberate greatness in clients and in herself by being a lifelong learner. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tampa, she teaches and facilitates the “FastStart” immersion program for MBA students. She is certified in assessments, such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), StrengthScope, Social Styles and the Conflict Dynamics Profile both 360 and individual. With a B.A. in Education and an M.A. in Counseling/Education, she is a lifelong learner in both courses to train others as well as working with numerous global companies in workforce development.
Her community volunteer work has enabled her to build her network on many levels. Hobbies include chalk painting wooden furniture, playing piano, gardening, Broadway musicals and being entertained by her two ShihTzus! She is an avid Alabama football fan having graduated from there twice!
