Elizabeth Milian - Managing Partner MLG

Elizabeth Milian is a Florida licensed attorney and managing partner at the Milian Legal Group.

As a co-founder of a boutique civil litigation firm in Miami, Elizabeth specializes in brand protection and trademark law. Her representative clients include entrepreneurs, business owners and startup founders; she supports them from the pre-launch stage through scaling and expansion. Elizabeth utilizes a client-first approach to provide tailored legal services that support individuals and businesses.

Her practice is committed to assisting clients in proactively protecting, growing and monetizing their businesses. From comprehensive trademark clearance and registrations to intellectual property strategy and litigation counsel, Elizabeth equips her clients with the tools and knowledge necessary to safeguard their businesses in competitive markets and the digital landscape.

Prior to practicing law, Elizabeth worked in asset management, where she held various roles at a global investment firm.

In the South Florida community, Elizabeth actively supports nonprofits focused on serving children and families. She is currently a board member for The Lucy Project, a local organization that provides evidence-based literacy interventions to students in Title 1 schools and offers teacher training programs.
