- Select presenters will be asked to participate in BizHack’s Small Business Showcase, which highlights the triumphs of business owners who have thoughtfully deployed AI to grow their business. This fun event will be open to family and colleagues and include a raffle, a certificate ceremony and a musical surprise

Ana Mantica - Marketing Coach
Ana Mantica Berger has nearly 20 years of experience in journalism, marketing, and communications. She began her career writing and editing for women’s health magazines in NYC, later managing content and launching social media for Vera Bradley in Fort Wayne, IN. In 2013, she returned to Miami, working for the University of Miami’s fundraising office and then serving as The Miami Foundation’s first editorial manager, followed by roles in communications for Miami Dade College Foundation. Ana now directs marketing and communications for Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida, combining her passion for storytelling and Miami pride. She also freelances, volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and mentors aspiring professionals. Ana holds degrees in journalism from Northwestern University and education from Indiana University and the University of Miami. Born and raised in Miami, she enjoys running, reading historical fiction, and practicing yoga.

Carelia Alvarado - Marketing Coach
Born in La Paz, Bolivia, Carelia Alvarado began her studies in Advertising in Santiago de Chile, specializing in Administration and Media Control. Her career advanced in Miami, US, where she excelled in Media Coordination and Buying for Latin American markets. Transitioning to the publishing sector, she contributed to the commercial success of luxury and lifestyle magazines like Cosas Magazine across Latin America. The 2020 pandemic prompted Carelia to innovate, leading to the creation of “The Online Bridge,” a venture aimed at linking business owners and Hispanic companies with digital marketing through consultancy, courses, and training.
