In our live demo, we explored how to turn prompts into real nonprofit marketing assets, fast. From donor thank-you emails and quote graphics to full fundraising-campaign strategies, AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva helped participants build and share instantly.
One of the highlights of the session was watching Ana Mantica co-create a full year-end fundraising campaign in real time using ChatGPT, proving just how quickly and effectively AI can support nonprofit teams.
Ana partnered with attendee Jolicia St. Louis from Every Mother’s Advocate, a nonprofit that works to keep families together by empowering mothers. Live during the Masterclass and in less than 10 minutes, they built an entire campaign goal, Donor segmentation, crafted the content for the campaign and 30 day plan to retain donors, showcasing how AI can help with grant applications and create marketing strategies.

  • Campaign Messaging: With just one prompt, ChatGPT helped create an emotionaly compeling theme: “Give the Gift of Mother Advocacy.” Ana showed how to test variations of the theme until it hit the right emotional chord.
  • Multichannel Plan: AI suggested a six-week communications calendar, including optimized posting days, channel suggestions (email, SMS, social) and donor-engagement touchpoints.
