Ashley Arkels of Miami-based music company Sparkels on using AI to promote her music
– Ashley used AI to design album covers and build email and social media promotional campaigns for new releases. Ashley has been able to maintain a steady stream of new followers on music platforms like Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music. She’s saving hundreds of dollars per song release and accelerating her content delivery time. She’ll share how she worked with AI to:

Angie Huffington of AI MKTG Academy on using AI chatbots to turn social media engagement into customers – Angie created AI chatbots that take social media prospects through a personalized marketing/sales flow (in either Spanish or English) that converts them to customers. She’ll share how she used AI to:

    • Create chatbots that respond in a personalized way to every social media story reply, mention and reaction
    • Collect contact information from social media interactions

His team can focus on high-value customer interactions. He’ll share how he created and is using an AI voice bot to:

    • Act as a virtual receptionist and answer questions regarding the company’s services and basic information
    • Understand when it can’t help the caller, gather information from inbound callers and assure them someone will get back to them
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential leads and book meetings with them, as well as confirm those meetings
    • Sound convincing enough, and be useful enough, that potential customers are willing to interact with it
    • Automatically connect to the company’s CRM system
